No, he can't blame him for that at all, keeping his own sweet tooth in mind. Honestly, it would come as no surprise to anyone that all the Hargreeves' kids like sugar in some way-- they hadn't been allowed to have it too often during their childhood, so why not load up on it now that they're adults who can make their own decisions? Sometimes, they aren't the best ones, but those bridges can be crossed once they come along.

Before they get too far, he makes sure to grab another slice for himself that he eats whole (rind and all) while he's guiding them past people for a second time. "Sure is. It's a good way to work off some of the alcohol, too." Which they're definitely going to need to do.

They are, of course, and seeing Ben laugh – despite his reddening face – makes Klaus feel like he's doing something right. So long as Ben is having a good time, that's all that matters.

And once their company from the bar decides to join them, he can't help smiling at how easily the four of them fall into step, like they've been doing this for hours. His attention lingers on Ben; subtly though, that way his newly gained dancing partner won't question it (she's three sheets to the wind herself). He just wants to be certain he can extricate them both in case Ben suddenly starts feeling more self-conscious, however his brother looks the exact opposite at the moment.
